    Krantz Medeus Joins CPG as Technical Associate

    CPG Architects welcomes Krantz Medeus to the team as Technical Associate. Recently graduated with a B.S. in Architecture with a minor in sustainability from Keene State College, Krantz brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to CPG. Blending his creativity with his computer skills, Krantz’s proficiency in architectural computer programs and mastery in all Adobe design applications will be an asset for the team. Plus, his hands-on artistic experience in physical model building, hand drafting, freehand sketching and laser cutting will push forward our commitment to build our creative talent pool to work hard for our clients while providing the highest level of service and project development.

    Prior to joining CPG, Krantz served as an intern at HallKeen Management assisting this real estate development and property management company with office support as well as building maintenance.  His passion for design was deeply rooted throughout his life, in and outside of work and school. In fact, during his high school years, his artwork was selected in a regional competition by NASA from over 11,000 schools, colleges and research centers to be created as a uniform patch and sent into space on an atmospheric research mission.

    CPG (Crusty Pirate Gang) participated in the annual Aquarion Cardboard Kayak Race at the SoundWaters HarborFest at Harbor Point in Stamford, CT.     The CPG team volunteered with Homes With Hope (a Westport-based organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Fairfield County) to help redesign and remodel their community room.

    “We can’t thank you for the transformation of our community room space (as well as the clearing of invasive plants  from the garden area and other parts of the property!) but I also want to reiterate how appreciative we are.  Although we are not quite finished assembling and updating the furniture and hanging pictures, one of my students exclaimed as he walked in this morning, “It looks like a whole new space!” We cannot thank you all enough for your tremendous efforts on our behalf!
