Description:

• Repositioning of a former headquarters building with poor circulation, access and identity.
• Designed a new 9 story wedge-shaped entrance element consisting of a 3 story atrium. The reception/atrium was carved from a portion of the 4 story parking garage.
• Glass elevators and expanded 6 floors of office above, with commanding views to the south and of Long Island Sound, completed the transformation.
• Interior fit-out of the new atrium, upper sky lobby and corridors.
