Coleytown Middle School is undergoing an extensive renovation following the discovery of mold and air quality issues in the building. The project’s overall cost is estimated to be at 32 million for construction and some soft costs. The building will have a new façade in its entirety, including new windows and a new roof. Interior upgrades will include an all new HVAC system, new ceilings and new light fixtures at the Library, Cafeteria, Rotunda, and Central Stair. Major interior renovation will also include:

  • New Media Center with all new furniture
  • Science classrooms with new furniture
  • Core bathroom upgrades at main entry
  • All new wayfinding and signage

Renovation work for Coleytown is expected to be completed by mid-August of 2020.
