Building Conversion

• Interior fit-up work in conjunction with major modifications to the building core & shell, increased 37,000 SF of space by the expansion and addition of the mezzanine totaling 85,000 SF.
• Provided Mezzanine with ornamental stair connecting two floors from the Town Center.
• Town Center features oak clad bleachers, flexible seating area, café area complete with banquettes and yogurt machine.
• Exposed ceilings throughout the space with suspended acoustical products and LED light rings, daylighting.
• Created various neighborhoods with color themes and branding celebrating their international presence.
