  • The main challenge was to enlarge and upgrade the existing Culinary Institute, while creating spaces that would help draw in the public and potential students.
  • The project was composed of 3-floors in an older, mixed-use warehouse building, with the end result being a light and airy industrial-inspired space that doubled their original capacity.
