Creative Director, Head of Design
Phillip Meyers, who has dedicated nearly 24 years to CPG, has been elevated to the role of Creative Director – Head of Design. Since joining the company, Phillip has enhanced the firm’s creative vision, built an award-winning creative team, and overseen designs ranging from small to multi-million-dollar projects with image-driven brands such as Vineyard Vines, Diageo, and ESPN. In his new role, Phillip will oversee the development and execution of integrated designs for clients. “I am honored to lead our exceptional design team and remain committed to pushing creative boundaries for our clients.” said Meyers.

Paul Johnson, who has been an integral part of CPG for 9 years, has been appointed as Head of Project Delivery & Management. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has earned a reputation as a leader in project management, collaborating with renowned Fortune 500 companies such as Henkel, AIG, and Branson/Emerson Headquarters. In his new role, Paul will continue to spearhead the creation and leadership of technical teams and guide operational excellence. “It has been amazing to work with talented team members and contribute to our clients’ success.” said Johnson.
