    March of Dimes' Fairfield County
    Real Estate Award Breakfast which
    recognizes outstanding individuals
    and companies whose commercial
    real estate activities have significantly
    enhanced the community.
    Homes with Hope CPG came together to redesign and
    remodel the community room and garden
    areas at Powell Place, a facility which is
    part of Homes with Hope, a Westport-based
    organization dedicated to ending

    Memorial
    Scholarship Fund
    at NCC     Congratulations to Jackeline Aguiar,
    architectural engineering technology
    student and recent recipient of CPG’s
    Carl Mirbach Memorial Scholarship at
    Norwalk Community College. Since, 2017,
    CPG has provided over $31,325 in scholarships
    to NCC students, supporting future leaders in
    architecture or interior design.         Inspiring
    Future Makers     Whether designing in virtual reality or
    simply building a block tower, CPG
    loves to connect with future makers
    and builders. We are pleased to support our
    local Westport Maker Faire and celebrate the
    invention, creativity and resourcefulness
    of the Maker movement.         Annual
    Bowl-a-Thon     Once again, CPG joined Cushman
    & Wakefield for its annual Bowl-a-Thon
    event benefitting local charities and
    organizations. Team CPG most recently
    supported First Candle, a CT-based
    non-profit committed to ending Sudden
    Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) while also
    providing bereavement support to
    families who have experienced a loss.
         The Food
    Bank of
    Lower Fairfield
    County     Each year, CPG pulls together essential food
    and personal care items for our local food
    bank which serves over 200,000
    community members. Now more than ever,
    we’re committed to fighting food insecurity
    and supporting those impacted
    by the COVID pandemic.     Spreading
    Holiday Cheer     The holidays can be especially hard
    for children and families within the
    foster care system. CPG hopes to spread
    a little joy each season with our annual
    donation of wrapped presents for kids, and
    gift cards for families served by the CT Dept
    of Children & Families.
