Responding to rising demand for vibrant, connected communities, the firm has welcomed three accomplished industry leaders, Nina Rivas, Danielle Sanchick, and Adam Kehr, whose proven expertise will help propel CPG into its next chapter of design innovation.

· Nina Rivas, Architect, LEED AP BD+C brings a track record of managing over two million square feet of high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development. From landmark renovations like 70 Pine Street and Penn Station, to flagship projects for Virgin Hotels and CitizenM, Nina is recognized for her ability to unite ambitious design with client vision, which has made her a trusted leader across the East Coast.

· Danielle Sanchick, an accomplished architect, offers deep experience in multi-family housing and community-focused development, having both led and contributed to projects with Morris Adjmi and Pei Cobb Freed and Partners. Her work underscores the importance of human-centered design and creating spaces that strengthen community ties.

· Adam Kehr adds over 25 years of design leadership across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors. With a portfolio spanning collaborations with renowned chefs, hoteliers, and developers on award-winning projects such Queensyard at Hudson Yards, Bluebird London NYC, and the Galleria Hotel in Jeddah, Adam’s career bridges visionary design with execution. His background with firms including Rockwell Group, ICRAVE, and CetraRuddy, gives him a unique ability to bridge visionary design with execution at every opportunity.
