Description:

• Breitling USA’s headquarters comprises executive and marketing offices, presentation and training facilities, shipping and receiving departments and an extensive laboratory facility for watch repair.
• An addition was conceived to house the entire watchmakers’ laboratory operation and to free up space for the office functions to expand. Rather than trying to blend with the existing modest 1970s brick office building, a gleaming, exuberant new structure was conceived in conjunction with Swiss architect, Atelier d’architecture Porter, to soar above the ground symbolizing Breitling’s century-long connection to the world of aviation.
• Hovering behind the original brick build on slender, angled ‘landing gear’, its sleek walls of polished aluminum and mirrored glass evoke the detailing of classic airplanes and beautifully reflect the surround trees
