• Converted the top level of a shopping mall into business use by making major modifications to the core and shell of the building.
• Constructed 15,000 SF expansion on top of the parking garage deck with exposed 16’ high ceilings, incorporating a double height entrance.
• Constructed 22,000 SF Addition of Mezzanine level, with large skylight at the internal open office area to bring natural light into the deep space.

Refurbished the traction elevator with new mezzanine stop for accessibility along with a new penthouse.
