- The grand floor is composed of a variety of spaces including: Open Labs, support labs, entry hall and town center, fitness center with a rock-climbing feature, 3D presentation spaces, Shipping and receiving zone for influx of materials and scientific equipment
- The design Mantra for this project was industrial but infused with Colorado accents such as natural woods and stone. Tectonic shapes appear throughout the building and elements such as a fireplace, raw steel and polished concrete are prevalent in the office and public areas
