Critical Success Factors
- The space’s overall aesthetic incorporates neutral-based finishes with warm wood tones. Black office fronts and accents are paired with white finishes, while a moss wall brings a touch of nature indoors. These elements create an urban industrial ambiance, fostering a functional and interconnected workplace environment.
- The Town Hall area features a spacious round dropped ceiling adorned with large pendant light fixtures. Concrete floors add to the industrial theme, complemented by large murals depicting urban and rural scenes from MAXX Properties.
- At the client’s request, custom illuminated mineral display cases showcase stunning gems from the owner’s extensive collection. These displays are strategically placed throughout the space, enhancing its nature-inspired design.
