• Nestle attained LEED Gold with a timeless design reflective of the natural environment. Extensive branding throughout the space showcased this.
• The top three floors are 100% open office, with the bottom floor being only amenities – town center, training room, auditorium, and cafeteria. Open stairs at the center surrounded by conference rooms unified all four floors.
