Synchrony Financial (formerly GE Money) occupies a 250,000 square foot headquarters in three individual buildings, in a campus setting in Stamford.  Post Covid they went through a major change for one of the buildings consisting of 3 floors to create a hybrid workplace & create more collaborative spaces.
 
Critical Success Factors
  • Executive floor (top floor) with a connecting stair to improve connection to the Cultural Center on the 2nd Fl
  • Flexibility is key.  Created one floor of amenities including different types of work & meeting spaces
  • Collaborative work/war room setting which converts to 300-person town hall meeting space
  • Formal state-of-the art boardroom for 25 people with an adjacent pantry & green room on the 2nd Floor
  • Introduced a pop-up bar and private dining for client meetings/events
  • Cafeteria upgrade with minimal budget
