The Village 

Through a very competitive process, CPG was selected for the redevelopment project of an early 20th century non-descript, dilapidated former industrial/office building sitting on a canal in a transitional mixed-use zone. 

Critical Success Factors

  • LEED Certified 133,000 GSF Building Brownfield Site
  • 2 ½ floors of additional office space added to the existing building, creating approximately 60,000sf of leasable space
  • Amenities including outdoor gathering spaces and indoor/outdoor dining introduced to the community.
  • New structured parking provided much needed relief to a congested site.
  • Creation of a media centric ecosystem.
